The Closing price of Yanlord for the week ($1.51) is a consensus that the $1.40 is the established support. Will it go higher. The Moving Averages are pushing us towards a "YES". The long bullish candlestick which engulfs 5 weeks of drop in price is supportive of that opinion as well.

NOTE:
1) proposed declaration of a 1.86 Singapore cts cash dividend per ordinary share (“2012 Dividend”) for the financial year ended 31 December 2012, payable on 16 May 2013;

- you may want to consider entry after Ex dividend

2)the announcement of the Company dated 11 May 2011 with regard to the change in conversion price for the Company's convertible notes due 2014 ("2014 Notes") from S$2.59 per share to S$2.56 per share.
